We believe that missions are both spiritual and practical.
Spiritually, God is love. (1 John 4:16)
As disciples, we imitate Christ, follow his example, and love God because God first loved us. (Phil 2:1-11; Eph 5:1-2; 1 John 4:10). This is our motive: through our life and love, we seek to show God (1 Peter 2:12).
Practically, we want to show God’s love in tangible and experiential ways (Acts 4:8-12)
That’s why we get involved in missions and invite others to get involved with us. Because we believe: that’s how we go into all the world, making disciples, modelling God’s love to be followed. (Matt 28:18-20).
